As our cakes are gluten free they are best eaten day of collection for maximum freshness! All except boozy coffee cake will last up to 2 days when stored correctly. If you can collect after 2pm then we make them fresh the morning of collection. We recommend keeping them sealed & cool and bringing them to room temperature before enjoying!
