As our cakes are gluten free they are best eaten day of collection for maximum freshness! All cakes will last up to 2 days when stored correctly. If you can collect after 12pm then we make them fresh the morning of collection. We recommend keeping them airtight & cool and bringing them to room temperature before enjoying!
