Hello! We are two Wellington sisters who strive to create delicious and healthful treats for everyone to enjoy. Growing up in the iconic Cuba Street cafe Midnight Espresso has provided us with the expertise to invent our own recipes, and has instilled in us a lifelong passion for creating food with love!
At Half Baked Catering Co. we like to keep things simple.
We make all our food from scratch using as many local, raw and organic ingredients as possible. We roast our own peanuts for peanut butter. We use raw organic coconut oil and coconut butter, and add organic rice malt as our sweetener. Our flavours are found in fresh fruit and real vanilla beans and chocolate that we handcraft in our kitchen. Our delicious cakes and slices are vegan, gluten free, and refined sugar free.
Supporting local businesses is important to us, and so is making food that makes our customers feel special. We provide cakes and slices to several cafes and delis around town and work closely with these businesses to develop treats that our customers love. We make cakes for any special celebration our customers are having including weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries. We love what we do and we know you will too!
